• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Detection of a pattern of bonus abuse.
• As required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for every payment method is ৳100.
• Deposits must come from your own account only — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Successfully verified payments are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If incorrect information is provided during a deposit, the funds may not be credited to the account — in that case, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification has not been completed.
• hhh5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process if any unusual activity is detected.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirement has been fulfilled.

4.1 Bonus Terms

• To withdraw a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met — you must place bets equal to 15x the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets required.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If a pattern of bonus abuse is detected, hhh5 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

4.2 VIP Program

hhh5's VIP program has five tiers, with each tier offering greater benefits and weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher tiers automatically through regular play. VIP benefits and cashback are subject to applicable terms and conditions.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet remains unsettled due to a technical error, hhh5 will review it and make a decision.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any game or bet, hhh5's decision is final.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain winnings is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hhh5 platform:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated software.
• Colluding with other users to obtain bonuses or rewards.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
